Concrete garage options and specifications
Every Nucrete garage is built to order. These are the parts you get to choose, and the plain-English reason you might choose one over another.
A Nucrete concrete garage is made up of steel-reinforced concrete panels, a roof, a door, and whatever windows and finishing details you specify. Almost all of it is a choice. These pages explain each option, what it costs where we can publish a figure, and which one we'd suggest for the job you're describing.

The structure
- Concrete garage panels — how our steel-reinforced panels are made, what they weigh, and how they go together.
- Apex or pent roof — the single biggest decision on the building, and the one people most often get wrong.
- Guttering and fascias — where the water goes, and the timber detail along the front.
Getting in and out
- Up and over doors — the standard Hormann door fitted to every Nucrete garage.
- Roller doors — when the extra headroom and the remote control are worth it.
- Personnel doors — the side door that stops you opening the main door forty times a week.

What comes as standard?
Every Nucrete garage includes steel-reinforced, machine-vibrated concrete panels, Profile-5 cement fibre roof sheets, timber fascias pre-treated in red cedar preservative, a Hormann 2-point locking up and over door, and delivery and installation by our own insured fitting teams. The structure carries a 10-year factory guarantee.
Every published price includes VAT, delivery and installation. Nothing on this page is an extra you'll discover at the end — if an option costs more, we tell you before you order.
Common questions about specifying a garage
Do I have to decide all of this before I order?
No. Tell us the size and the roof style and we can quote from that — usually the same day or the next. Doors, windows and finishing details can be settled after that, right up until your building goes into production.
Can I change an option after I've ordered?
Usually yes, as long as the building hasn't been made. Call us as soon as you know and we'll tell you honestly whether it's still possible and what it changes on the price.
How long does the whole thing take?
From order to installation is normally four to six weeks. Most single garages are installed in half a day and most doubles in a day, by our own teams.
Which options actually affect the price?
Size is by far the biggest factor, then roof style, then the door. Windows, fascias and guttering move the figure far less than people expect. Request the price list and you can see the numbers for your postcode area rather than a national average.
