What's included in your price

Every price you see on our site includes delivery AND installation by our own team — there's no separate delivery charge to add at the end. Prices are set by your delivery postcode area, which is why we ask for your postcode before showing them.

Site access — what we need

Concrete sections are heavy, so we need reasonable access from where our vehicle can park to where your building is going. As a rule of thumb: a clear walking route without tight turns, steep steps or very narrow gaps. Most driveways, side passages and gardens are absolutely fine.

Not sure about yours? Don't guess — call us before you order and we'll talk it through, or send us photos. When you order online we ask you to confirm your site has suitable access, and our team double-checks every order with you before any payment is taken, so you'll never be caught out.

Your base and groundwork

Your building needs a firm, level concrete base. If you already have one, we'll confirm it's suitable when we review your order. If you need a base laid — or an old garage taken down first — we can quote for that as part of your order: just tick the option when you're building your quote and we'll survey and price it for you.

What happens after you order

1. You place your order online — your card is only authorised, no money is taken.
2. Our team reviews your details and checks access and base requirements with you.
3. Once everything's confirmed, we take the payment and agree delivery and installation dates that suit you.

Any balance is due before installation, and your order confirmation document sets out exactly what you've ordered and what's left to pay.
