10 Year Guarantee
Every Nucrete building is backed by a 10-year factory guarantee on the structure — one of the longest guarantees in the industry.

Every Nucrete concrete garage and shed is backed by a 10-year factory guarantee on the building structure. That's one of the longest guarantees in the concrete garage industry, and it comes as standard on every building we install — nothing to register, nothing extra to pay.
Up & Over doors carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the door you choose.

What does the guarantee cover?
The structural panels, roof sheets and fixings of your building are covered against manufacturing defects for ten years from the date of installation. If a covered fault appears in that time, we put it right.
Because Nucrete manufactures the buildings in our own Bradford factory and installs them with our own teams, there's no gap between the people who made your garage and the people who stand behind it.
Why can we guarantee our buildings for 10 years?
Because we control every step. The panels are steel-reinforced and machine-vibrated in our own Bradford factory to a consistent standard, the buildings are installed by our own fully insured teams rather than subcontractors, and we've been doing it for over 45 years at a rate of more than 1,100 buildings a year.
A concrete garage built that way has a working life of 50 years or more with basic annual maintenance, so a 10-year structural guarantee isn't a gamble on our side. It simply reflects how the buildings are made.
What the guarantee means when you buy
A guarantee this long changes the decision. You're not weighing up whether the building will still be standing in a decade, and if you move house the remaining cover transfers to the new owner, which makes the garage a genuine asset in a sale rather than a question mark.
It also says something about who you're buying from: a company that expects to still be here, answering the same phone number, long after your building goes up.
Guarantee questions, answered
Is the guarantee transferable if I sell my house?
Yes — the guarantee stays with the building, not the owner. If you sell your home, the new owner is covered for the remainder of the ten years.
Do I need to register the guarantee?
No. Your order confirmation is your proof of guarantee — keep it with your house documents and you're covered.
Are the doors covered by the same guarantee?
Doors are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty, typically 2 to 10 years depending on the door type. We'll tell you the exact term for the door you choose before you order.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Just call or email Nucrete directly — the team that made and installed your building handles any guarantee work. Quote your order reference and we'll take it from there.
How long will the building actually last?
Well beyond the guarantee. A Nucrete concrete garage has a lifespan of 50 years or more with basic annual maintenance, because the steel-reinforced panels don't rot or rust. The 10-year guarantee is the promise; the building itself is built for far longer.
