Brick Garage Prices

There's no standard price list for brick garages: every building is designed and priced individually through our Prestige range.

There is no standard price list for a brick garage, because no two brick garages are the same. Every brick building Nucrete supplies is designed individually and priced from that design through our Prestige range, and it typically comes in below what a builder would charge to build the same garage from scratch. To get a price, you tell us what you want to build and where, and the Prestige team prices your exact building.

Why isn't there a brick garage price list?

A brick garage price depends on decisions a list can't capture: the size, the roof, the doors and windows, the finish and the site itself. Our concrete garages come from a factory in fixed sections, which is why we can publish exact prices for them. A brick building starts from your design.

Rather than publish figures that would be wrong for most projects, we price each brick building properly, once we know what you actually want.

What makes a brick garage worth having?

People choose a brick garage for good reasons. It matches the house, it looks permanent because it is permanent, it holds its looks for decades, and it adds kerb appeal and real value to a property in a way a cheap shed never will.

Our Prestige buildings are designed to fulfil every one of those expectations, then improve on the traditional version. Each one is a steel-framed structure with fully insulated walls and roof, clad in real brick or maintenance-free composite. A traditional single-skin brick garage is rarely insulated at all, so a Prestige building is warmer and more usable all year round than the garage a builder would put up, and it typically costs less.

What drives the cost of a brick garage?

FactorWhat moves the price
Size and designFootprint first, then the complexity of the layout you choose.
Foundations and groundworksWhat your site needs before anything goes up.
Roof style and coveringA pitched, tiled roof costs more than a flat one.
Doors and windowsHow many, what size, and the door type you choose.
Brick choice and finishMatching your house brick, or choosing composite cladding and detailing.
Site accessHow easily materials and teams can reach the build.

When the Prestige team prices your design, the quote sets out what's included so you can see where the money goes.

Is a brick garage dearer than a concrete one?

Usually, yes. A brick garage is a designed, finished building rather than a standard product, while a sectional concrete garage comes out of our Bradford factory and is installed in around a day, with a published price that includes VAT, delivery and installation. If budget is the deciding factor, get concrete garage prices for your postcode first: you may find a concrete building does the job for considerably less. If you want the appearance, insulation and permanence of brick, the Prestige route gives you exactly the building you design, for less than a builder would charge to build it by hand.

How do I get a brick garage price?

Send your requirements to our Prestige team and they'll price your design: sizes, roof style, doors, windows and anything else you have in mind. If you're not sure where to start, contact us on 0800 849 9036 and we'll talk it through first; Nucrete has been helping people choose between brick and concrete for over 45 years.

Brick garage pricing, answered

Why can't you give me a rough brick garage price over the phone?

Because a meaningful brick price depends on your design, your ground and your site access — a guess before those are known helps nobody. Send the Prestige team your requirements and you'll get a real figure for your actual building instead.

Who prices and builds Nucrete brick garages?

Our Prestige range handles all brick buildings. You'll find it at prestige.nucrete.co.uk. It's the same Nucrete business, focused on premium insulated brick buildings rather than sectional concrete ones.

How are Prestige brick garages constructed?

Each one is a steel-framed structure with fully insulated walls and roof, clad in real brick or maintenance-free composite. You get the look and permanence people want from brick, plus warmth a traditional single-skin structure rarely has, without the cost and timescale of a hand-built project.

Are brick garages insulated?

Traditional builder-built brick garages are usually single-skin and not insulated. Every Prestige building has fully insulated walls and roof as standard, which makes it warmer, drier and far more usable year-round as a workshop, gym or home workspace.

Is a brick garage worth the extra over concrete?

It depends what you value. Brick matches your house, is built to your exact design and feels permanent. A Nucrete concrete garage costs less, is installed in around a day and carries a 10-year structural guarantee. Many customers start with a brick enquiry and choose concrete once they compare prices — and plenty go the other way.

Does a brick garage price include groundworks?

Your Prestige quote will state exactly what's included for your project, foundations and groundworks among it. Nothing is left as an assumption — if it's in the quote, it's in the price.
