Why do brick garage prices vary so much?
A brick garage price depends on the size, the roof style, the finish, and your delivery area, which is why the Prestige price list is published per area rather than as one national figure, and why it covers each size in apex and pent roof styles and white and coloured finishes.
Anything outside the standard grid (an unusual footprint, a specific layout, a site with complications) is priced individually once the Prestige team knows what you actually want. No figure is guessed.
