Palram Canopia – Arizona Double Carport
Sophistication meets practicality with the Arizona Double Carport. It was crafted to meet your needs for outdoor protection, and provides you with a beautiful, space saving dual arch shaped carport or traditional arch shape depending upon which way you site the two halves of the unit.
The aesthetic and heavy duty multi-purpose structure’s design makes it a great carport and outdoor structure. The frame and roofing were created to withstand harsh weather conditions; the polycarbonate panels block harmful UV rays, partially transmit natural sunlight yet provide ample shading. The Arizona carport provides your family with an Extra-Large, elegant cover that is sturdy, maintenance and rust free, and will last for many years to come.

Our carports and canopies are designed for DIY installation, therefore come with full printed instructions and videos to help you achieve this effortlessly. We also offer full tech support so if you have any issues, you know we’ve got your back.
Checkatrade offer fully vetted and insured tradespeople who will offer a free written quote for installation and any groundwork – and because they’re local, can visit your property to offer a free site survey. We’re happy to liaise with your chosen tradesperson to let then know the scope of the job, or you can show them the information on this website to help them with their quote.
Typical installation costs around £500
Prices will vary dependant on area, but most canopies can be installed within a couple of days, and we’ve found an average tradesperson quotes around £500 for installation plus any groundwork required. If you need to confirm this, get a quote upfront before you commit to buying your carport/canopy.

Returns
You have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for customised, modified or bespoke goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the products less any carriage costs.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item, you can do so by the following method:
Request a Collection
Contact us on 01274 214 203 (Monday- Friday 09:00 – 17:00, Saturday 09:00 – 12:00, (Closed Sunday & Bank holidays). or via email at: support@nucrete.co.uk. We will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting us.
Take photographs of the product before it is collected. If any dispute arrises as to the condition of the goods being returned, we may ask you to produce the photographs as evidence.
Liability of the product remains yours until the goods are collected. Damage or theft of the goods prior to collection, is your responsibility.
The product must be returned whole and in its original packaging. Once the item has been inspected by our staff, your refund will be granted. If the product is returned incomplete, you may be charged for replacement of missing or damaged items.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, there will be no collection charge. We will arrange a mutually suitable collection date, but if you are not at home or we cannot access the goods when we try to collect, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The last thing we want is to hold you up – unlike some who’ll have you waiting weeks for a replacement part.
